Rescues and Runways to benefit animal shelter

The North Platte Telegraph In the first year of Rescues and Runways, a program launched by national retailer Maurices to benefit local animal shelters where stores exist, the unique pairing of fashion and shelter animals brought in 67,000 pounds of pet product and an additional $125,000 for the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) nationwide.
