Birmingham teen shot after getting off a school bus

BIRMINGHAM,AL (WBRC) A Birmingham teenager was shot today as she got off a school bus in the East Lake area. The incident happend on 7th ave and 7th street. Police say the girl got into an altercation with someone after she got off the bus, and was shot. She was taken to UAB Hospital.

31-year-old charged after attacking Killen police officer
|
KILLEN, AL (WAFF) - A Shoals officer is recovering after he was attacked Monday morning. It happened on the 1000 block of Joan Lane in Killen. Police said Craig Lee Holden, 31, struck an officer in the head, cutting him after the officer responded to a call to check on Holden's welfare.
